If I purchased Photo Shop Elements 2014 for my Mac Desktop can I also install the version for Windows using the same serial number on my laptop?

Does anyone know if you purchase Photo Shop for Mac if you can use the same subscription to download the windows version to a windows laptop?

I believe they stopped selling Elements with a multi-platform license a version or two ago.
