If I upgrade to the online subscription version of Lightroom, will I have [copyright or other] problems accessing from abroad?

My work requires me to travel a lot to a variety of locations in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.  In the past, I've experienced problems with online software and programs that do not allow access form outside the U.S.   Will I also have this problem with the online subscription version of Lightroom?
