Illustator Installation Error 145

Hello everyone, 
I have a case, my Illustator can't do update because of the same code. After over and over failed updates, i decided to uninstall it, restart my laptop and install it. 
But appararantely, the same code came and here is the log :

Following the folder path  /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Sync/CoreSync/Core Sync.app/
it just ends there, because the Core Sync app can't be opened 😕😕

is there anything i can do now? i really wanted to try Illustator new update.
