Illustrator 28.0 kann nicht installiert werden

An organization manages your subscription, device, and network. Please work with them for any software you will be installing on the computer.

Adobe provides download only for the latest two versions. You should contact Adobe Support they might provide you the installer if they have it available

no one can do that.  the cc desktop app only offers back to the previous major version of all apps.
