every time I want to open these App I get “fetching your subscription details” and my account is already there and I bought the license to have them but I can't enter any. I dont know what happend with this.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if your account is as you expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
