Hello Adobe Creative cloud users, I have an urgent problem I hope you can help me with:

I have a year-long subscription of CC running since the beginning of Dec 2015. Somehow I still used "trial" versions of the programs. Since yesterday, when I want to use Illustrator, the application manager pops up and states my trial is over. To use Illustrator further I have the choice between registering and buying. When clicking "register" it won´t accept my email and password, saying there is no account connected to my adress. When clicking "buy" I get forwarded to the Adobe page where I can login with the same addy and password and can get into my account etc. It then won´t let me buy it, stating that I have a subscription already where it is included. It´s obviously a bug, but I have no idea how to deal with it and urgently need to work on with a pressing client project.

Anyone experienced the same problem in the past and has a solution for me? The chat/ phone-support is no option as it is only available from Monday. On the FAQs I coudn´t find the problem either. I already tried to de-install the whole CC but got the error "other programs installed still need the CC" so that doesnt work either. I de-installed all CC products already one by one, CS6 is still there, so that might be the problem? But I wont delet ethat as at least that still runs.

As said, I urgently need to work on with CC, so a quick resolution would really help me out.

Frustrated greetings, V

Been through the whole thing several times already. The support is only available from Monday, 09 in the morning again. Will try my luck then, but thanks for the links.
