Illustrator CC (2017) in Trial Mode

Hi,

I updated Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC from 2016 to 2017 this morning from the CC Desktop app and Illustrator is now showing in Trial Mode with 7 days remaining.

I've re-applied our serialisation file, but it is still in Trial Mode. Photoshop is absolutely fine and opens normally, it is not in Trial Mode.

Has anyone else had any similar problems with the 2017 updates?

EDIT: This is happening on both Windows and Mac. Any new installations we run of Adobe CC will result in us having to install Illustrator CC (2017), and the license is not being applied correctly.

many thanks,

Tom

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Hi,

thanks for the suggestion but I've already tried that and it didn't help. I'm pretty sure it's a problem with Illustrator CC 2017 not applying the license serialisation file correctly.

When I check on System Info in Illustrator it shows:

OS: Windows
Version: 10.0
System Architecture: x64
Built-In Memory: 7850 MB

User Name: Tom Maltpress
Serial Numb

Application Folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CC 2017\Support Files\

cheers,

Tom
