Hi,

I installed Illustrator CC 2019 but it's not opening after that. It's showing error screen Are you connected to the internet.

please check below screenshot. How to resolve this issue to open Illustrator.

This window is to do with account verification as far as I can tell. Are you logged into the CC app? It shouldn't be necessary, but it might point out other problems if you can't log in there either.
