Illustrator CC Getting U44M1I210 Error on Update

I've recently had to reformat my harddrive and have reinstalled Adobe CC.  All the apps I use have seemed to install properly.  All the apps, except for Illustrator, have updated to the most recent versions.  When Illustrator tries to update I get a U44M1I210 error, saying it isn't able to extract the downloaded files.  I have clicked on retry but it seems to try to extract the files again without trying to download them, so the error repeats.  I've dug into the logs and found the directory in which the update file is extracted and tried deleting it but again I get the error without the Creative Cloud Manager trying to download the files again.

Any suggestions of how to get CC Manager to actually redownload the patch files?
