Illustrator CS2

My computer which is Windows 7 is not allowing me to download Illustrator CS2.  The computer cannot read the disc that I have inserted.

    Dennis,

    I believe CS2 can run straight on Windows 7 (at least 32 bit), otherwise compatibility mode XP (SP3) is fine.

    But you need to download the non activation version(s) here and use the replacement serial number(s), see the explanation:

    Note: If you have the CS2 Premium Suite version, you will have to download the Standard, and then download Acrobat and GoLive separately under their own replacement serial numbers.

    Windows 7 came out after CS2, you need to be running Windows XP. Cannot even be sure the SP3 which was a good update will work as the illustrator system requiremtens goes back to CS3.

    Are yo inserting a CD, that should read though, and may work but unreliably.
