Hi,

I have some issues with moving a license of illustrator cs3, can you please reset the computer already assigned so i can activate it on a different one.

I have tried the chat support and they all say they can't do that because is an older program.

Thank you

If you talked about anything other than the reset, they will turn you away... sad but so.  If they are turning you away and you do only ask for the reset, do you happen to have a volume license?  If so, they can't help with that.

If it is not a volume license, post back and I or someone might be able to nudge some staff member to look at your situation more closely.

You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  Do not ask for more than that or they will turn you back here where no one can do that.  They cannot deactivate a specific machine... all machines with active installations will get reset.

If you only had one activated installation, your license allows you to have two, so you can install and activate on another machine if that is the case without having to deactivate the existing one.

Adobe licenses cannot be moved from one machine to another, you need to install using installation files.

    Hi,

I have tried contacting the support and it keeps sending me here saying that they only do support for cs6 and cc

    I only specified resetting it.

I only want to activate it on a different computer and it says too many are already active even if it isn't on any other computer anymore.

Any ideas how i can reset it or if someone can help me with that.

    Thank you
