Illustrator CS5 exit code 11 - no other instance running

Question

I am trying to install Illustrator CS5 and keep encountering exit code 11, but there is no other instance running. Win7E 64-bit in a corporate environment (limited admin privileges). I tried restarting, closing all programs, and clearing the %temp% folder (separately and all at once). I downloaded the file from Download Adobe Creative Suite 5 products. Please help!
