Illustrator CS6 - update failed, creative cloud

Question

Gives error U44M1P7 but does not tell me what to do next.

And since I'm not a software engineer the logfiles doesn't make me smarter.

Is there a simple search box of direct link from the application manager that provides a technote or more understandable info about the error online?

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, let AAM reinstal lthe apps, then try to ru nteh updates again. These are blocakges/ version conflicts across different Adobe products using specific shared components where program A's updates prevent program B from doing its thing...
