Illustrator Download issue

Taken a new Illustrator CC account but on download, nothing happens. Is there a problem with the creative.adobe.com site ? Illustrator page is hung on the website.

Pls help !

Hello !
Make sure you have the Creative Cloud App installed on the computer.
https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Then Sign in to the Creative Cloud App on the desktop.
Click on Apps Tab > you will have the options to install Illustrator CC
