Illustrator downloaded but can't use

I thought it seems Illustrator was downloaded normally. But when I opened the Illustrator, I saw below images with some errors.

I cannot find the tools and panels.

I have an urgent issue and I have to use Illustrator right away. So I hope this problem is solved soon. Please check this problem ASAP.
