Illustrator exceeded amount of activations

Im having issues working on illustrator when opening up the program from the creative cloud i get the error i have exceeded the activation limit even tho i ended all sessions in account manager. also i checked and i can open up other adobe programs such as photoshop on the pc but illustrator just gives that same error. what do i do?
