how long does it take for adobe Illustrator CC to install? i've already been waiting at least 2 hours!

    AlexK199 I am sorry to hear that you are facing slow download speeds.  Do you ever receive any errors or is the download simply slow?  Do you personally manage the network and computer that you are installing Illustrator CC on?

    Thanks for reaching out. Download and install depends on Internet speed and the system on which you are installing. Usually it don't take that long so moving the discussion to our Get Started community to investigate and provide further assistance.
