Illustrator installer hangs on 10.3% on macOS Catalina

I have tried all the solutions I have found. Uninstalling the creative cloud, restarting my mac. I am running Catalina. It stalls at %10.3 every single time. Any solutions?

Iain.y and Craig, please review the install log to determine why the installation is getting stuck. Information on how to interpret the log file can be found at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.

NONE of the things are the problem. I think you know that. I have looked at multiple threads dealing with this issue and none of them are so basic. There is something in the installer that this o/s doesn't like, would you please help? I am paying for this program and would like to install it on my laptop. Thank you. Iain

Has this problem been soved? i am having hte exact smae problem and it is very frustrating.
