Illustrator opens in trial while my paid subscription is active

Question

Can someone help me out. I'm having an Adobe account for years and paying € 60,49 for Creative Cloud Apps. Everytime I want to start Illustrator, it tells me that my trial version is expired and I can buy an account for € 60,49. When I'm going to my account page I can see that the amount is debited every month. There's no way to reach out to Adobe's helpdesk except the (stupid) chatbot.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
