Illustrator Photoshop 2023 and 2024 versions are missing

My laptop has Illustrator and Photoshop versions 2023, 2024, and 2025. I didn't delete the 2023-2024 versions from the C drive. Suddenly, one day, 2023 and 2024 disappeared, leaving only 2025. Why?

    I can't see version 2024 or 2025 to install either.

    Are they actually missing, or is it perhaps just the shortcut that is missing?

    Windows updates have been known to remove some shortcuts from the desktop.

      @Peru Bob yes, It's really gone. The 2023-2024 version is gone from the Start toolbar.

      there's nothing on adobe's end that would remove previous version unless that option was ticked with installing an update.

        I don't see an individual subscription or any Adobe software titles registered under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Is the computer and or Creative Cloud subscription managed by an organization, Flawless_Odyssey? If so, this could explain the removal of software from the managed computer or subscription. ^JW

        @Jeffrey_A_Wright I didn't remove it directly. Is it because my laptop updated to Win 10 24h2 that caused the other versions to disappear?
