Illustrator Subscription isn't working
Purchased a month-to-month subscription to Illustrator which is now not activating because it says I need to connect to the internet. I am clearly connected to the internet and really need to just get some work done and stop wasting my time trying to fix this.
No one has answered my call at customer service. I've been on hold for an hour and, of course, will have to wait through the weekend until Monday to call back since they are closed for the weekend.
Why is this subscription not acknowleding that I am connected to the internet? Why is it so difficult to get any sort of customer service from Adobe?
