Illustrator trial keep telling me to start a trial

Hello i just start a Illustrator trial from CC desktop app but AI keep telling me to start a trial or buy it.Also my dorm's internet is really awful.

>My CC desktop app is up to date

>my time setting is correct
>tried uninstall and install

Not sure I see the problem yet. What does happen when you click Continue? You will need working internet. .

my internet is working it's just very slow, After i click continue that "start your free trial" keep pop up again.
