Illustrator Trial Version - crashing on launch

Question

Hi,I was unable to launch Illustrator Trial Version on Windows 10.The app was crashing all the time and I couldnt find any helpful information about that.My trial version already expired and I still haven't tested AI in order to see if it fits my needs.Could you please advice how can I proceed with that?Best Regards,Dan K.

Dan what error is preventing you from launching Illustrator CC 2017 on Windows 10? If you are receiving the message that the trial has expired then you will be unable to evaluate Illustrator CC 2017.

We do periodically reset trials so if you can please update this discussion with the error you did receive. This will allow you to evaluate Illustrator CC 2017 in the future Dan.
