Illustrator won't download to a second PC

I have Illustrator CC on my home PC.  I cannot get it to download to my work PC.  I have tried all of the help suggestions.  Removed all traces of anything Adobe and started over....twice.  What happens when I try is it opens create cloud desktop and that says AI is updated.

Very Frustrated.
