So the time has come

Illustrator won't run on my High Sierra 2013 Mac. Adobe Creative Cloud offers no method of downloading a previous version quickly and easily oncew the latest version which won't work is uninstalled.  I can  no longer use adobe products to complete my current project in the next hour or two. I have to go elsewhere.

Goodbye Adobe

Thaks Bob

I won't make the same mistake again, nut who is to know? Downloading the latest version which won't run. Then reset preferences and then delete and hunt around to find an earlier version. However, everytime I tried to do this before the latest Illustrater was always pushed to me.

Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to at least one external device
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD

Thanks John

I tried design tools but every download pushed me to the latest Illustrator. I'll try the download to an external device

The solution is to make sure that your preferences are set to not uninstall old versions when the new versions are installed.
