Illutrator not starting download

Hi,

I just purchased Illustrator, and got to the page there it's supposed to start downloadning. Nothing happens, and it doeasn't seem to make a difference which browser I use or how many times / ways I try to push download. Does anyone know what the issue is? I suspected it might have something to do with an antivirus program, but I turned it off and it didn't make a difference. Other files download just fine. 

Any help would be greatly appriciated!
