IMac High Sierra 10.13 Adobe Ellements

Hello here a mother in "need" with very little pc experience. I got an Imac from my father from 2010 for my son. Which version of Adobe Ellements can I put on the IMac High Sierra 10.13? I hope someone can help me further!

photoshop elements 2020 will run on 10.13, https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/system-requirements/older-versions.html

premiere elements 2021 needs 10.14 or better, https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/system-requirements.html
