Image error code 200400

Hi, Morning

Trying to create a Spark page ... and each time I try to upload an image I get the same error code 200400 ... I have tried using some of my own images and some downloaded from the internet ... I am stuck and going around in circles, help on any thoughts or options to try. Thank you, Ann

I was having the same issue with a jpg photo. I saved the photo as a png and it uploaded just fine.

I am also getting the same error, after trying to add a photo to the initial design screen.   Adobe, we're loyal users of your products.  You announced End of Life of Adobe Muse yesterday, and have steered us to Adobe Sparks.  We're here.  Please let us know why we are getting an error when trying to add a photo.  Thanks so much.
