Impossibilité de télécharger une application adobe

Bonjour,

Je ne peux pas télécharger aucune application et je n'ai aucun aperçu sur les informations produits de mon achat. Cela marque un message d'essage m'indiquant, qu'il y a une erreur. 

Si quelqu'un peut m'aider, merci beaucoup.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 23H2, 22H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura), 12.7.6 (Monterey).

I have the lastest version of window 11, i think it's not the problem

Hi Gecko84300,

As I understand, you're unable to download the Adobe apps. I see you have an active Creative Cloud subscription under the ID that you are using with community. Please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID. Also, kindly share the exact issue that you are facing? Were you able to download the Creative Cloud app?

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem

You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs

I success to install an old version for window 10 but there is a problem about the server connection. My connection is very well. I don't understand.
