Impossibility to open «Install» CS5.5 on Mac Sierra

I can't install design standard CS5.5

I downloaded the DesignStandard_CS5_5_LS1.dmg file

I doubled click the install app.

An error message said it's impossible to open «install» You should eject the disk image

The computer is a MacBook Pro

macOS v.10.12.3
