Impossible d'installer Premiere Pro

Hi everyone,

I cracked Pemiere Pro 5 years ago when I was just an amateur videographer and now that I'm going professional, I took out a subscription to it.
Unfortunately I don't know why and I can't find the answer anywhere, but it is impossible for me to uninstall the old software (Version 2019), nor to download the latest version which was sent to me after taking out the subscription .
I feel super bothered because I have clients waiting for their video, and I also find myself paying a subscription from which I get no benefit.
It's the same with my 2019 version of After Effects which refuses to uninstall...
I hope someone has a solution to this problem because I'm going in circles and time is running out T-T

    I understand how important it is to get this sorted out quickly. Let’s see what we can do to fix the problem. Do you get any particular error code?

    you should reformat any computer with cracked software.
