Impossible d'installer Premiere Pro et Photoshop

Bonjour, je viens d'acquérir une nouvelle station demontage et depuis quelques jours j'essaye en vain d'installer Premiere Pro et Photoshop. Ce qui est étonnant c'est que j'arrive à installer d'autres applications, mais avec Premiere Pro et Photoshop, ça plante à chaque fois.

J'ai pu installer Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Express, Media Encoder, Premiere Rush et Acrobat. Mais les deux dont j'ai vraiment besoin, non...

Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée ?

We're sorry for the trouble. Do you get any error code when Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop fail to install? Also, please share your system info(OS version, RAM, GPU, etc).

your message is ambiguous.  you say you can't install pre and ps and that pre and ps crash.  apps can't crash unless they're installed.
