Impossible d'utiliser photoshop CC et lightroom CC depuis que j'ai changé d'ordinateur. Pourquoi?

Je viens de changer mon Mac par un autre iMac. Toutes les applications ont été migrés vers cet ordinateur. Depuis je ne peux plus ouvrir Lightroom CC ni Photoshop CC. Que faire?

Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK with Cloud program activations due to hidden registration files

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is needed

-https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

-Restart your computer... Sign in to your account... Reinstall

Hi Alexis,

We do not recommend migrating, transferring, or restoring the software from time machine or other backups as you will not get all the installation files and it will not work properly.   Please install your software by downloading and installation files.

Please first install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app:

Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps

and then use the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app to install apps:

Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps
