Je suis abonné depuis plus de 3 années. Je viens de réinstaller Windows 10 Pro, impossible de réinstaller Adobe Créative Cloud. Que faire?*

Also what is the exact Error message you get or what happens, Exactly, when trying to install either rhe CC DTA or other Adobe programs.

 

Could be a permissions problem.

If you just reinstalled Windows 10 on your system then have you done all the updates for it?

If you have then Winver.exe should show 1903 0r 1909 as the build number. If not then update your system.

 

Once that is done go to the Adobe main site, Sign in using the Adobe ID you used to purchase your subscription then download and install the Creative Cloud Desktop app. From that app you should be able to install the Adobe programs you have a subscription for.

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
