impossible de réinstallé Lightroom 6 il me demande de me reconnecté tout le temps

j’ai un numéro de licence que j’ai acheter le 23/05/2015 et impossible de le réinstaller car a chaque fois que je veut le lancer il me demande de me connecter une fois connecté rien ne se passe
