After 6 days trying the product I am trying to pay for the creative cloud suscription but no matter what I do, they say this product is not available in China and Hong Kong, also I am hands tied because I can't contact assistance if I don't have any product purchased. Any idea?

As I understand you are trying to purchase Creative cloud in Hing kong.Creative cloud is definitely available is Hong kong, only Creative cloud for teams is not available. In China only Creative cloud for teams through resellers is available.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums, however, the country registered under this ID is China.
The Country of the Adobe ID, payment details & store has to be same.
Due to tax reasons, it's not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. As a workaround, you can create a new Adobe ID with the email address that is associated with your current Adobe ID. See link for instructions:
