Impossible to buy and impossible to contact

I have been trying many times today buying one Adobe application and it always shows an "error" in my information, which is wrong. Even with Paypal has been impossible to buy too. No one answers the contact chat and no one answers the 800 numbers. What is going on????

It still shows the same message, it says the credit card info is incorrect. I don't understand, the info is indeed correct!

I do not see any active order on your account. If you see any charge on your credit card, it would be reversed within 24 hours. It might be on hold. Please contact your credit card issuer for any inquiries.

I don't think that's the problem. Actually, the payment through Paypal goes through, but then it is immediately canceled. I got a message from Amex too that there was a charge but the Adobe site shows an error. I get no confirmation emails from Adobe but I do get the charge alerts. There is something wrong with the Adobe system. I'm afraid I'm gonna get all those charges and no application access. The main issue is that no one answers the chat or the contact phone number! Amazing!

It could be because of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
