Adobe's cancellation procedure is utterly criminal. Absolutely impossible to end my subscription! Who else has had this issue? There is probably grounds for a class-action lawsuit. I am certainly contacting my state's Attorney general.

The CANCEL PLAN button is not there. There is a message that prompt to call your call center. After 20 minutes of waits it goes to an answering machine. You should be ashame of yourself!

This is a real scam and after two months of trying to cancel it, I'm going to contanct my lawyers and file a claim in the federal court.

You will here from me very soon.

It's not difficult to cancel a plan.  Seriously, an eight year could do it.

  1. Contact Adobe customer Care via online chat.
  2. Log-in with a good browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
  3. Click the chat bot icon in the lower right and type Agent followed by Enter key.

This is more of a user forum.  You would need to contact Customer Service.
