IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY FREE TRIAL ADOBE LIGHTROOM

Hi all ,

 

When I go on my adobe acess account , I click  on the manage your account to cancel my free 7 days trial and it says that I have to go the apple store , when I get into , i HAVE NOTHING EXPLAIN TO CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION...

 

Some help would be great 

I ALSO TRIED TO TEXT TO THE HELP ONLINE SUPPORT, BUT WE ARE SATURDAY AND THEY DO NOT WORK so IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FEEDBACK FROM THEM

  1. Log-in below and click on the chat bot icon.

  2. Type AGENT followed by the enter key.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
.
