Impossible to cancel my subscription - STAFF please help

Hello, i want to cancel my subscription and there is no cancel button anywhere and i cannot contact support. I am given 2 option for support, the chat which says is unavailable and the phone option which i am calling the number i am given and the line does not connect, tried multiple times!

Please someone from staff help me with this, i tried the options you provide in other forum posts and they do not solve the issue.

My account has a payment pending to continue with your service which i do not want to do. Can you please cancel it for me?

You have payment issues as you indicate. When there are payment issues it is not possible to cancel. First update your payment options to something valid, pay your due then you can cancel.
