Impossible to contact ADOBE

I have major problems communicating with ADOBE (India) they put me on to a phone that is disconnected. This has happened several times now. I have a year-round subscription but am told that it is a trial subscription. What do I do now? Is there an email address I can use?

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
