impossible to download creative cloud app (error 1) with an iMac 21.5 late 2015

I have followed the procedure and tried to repair/uninstall/download again the app and it didn't solve the problem.

Any other brilliant idea?
I would like to continue to use this imac.

the download link from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/installation-update-failure-macos.html is failing for me (with 3 browsers).

install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Great thank you for your help. With the link you provided I got first an error code 128 but finally it workshop. I managed to download correctly the app! Thx
