Impossible to find the Muse CC file on my Computer

Hi everybody,

I have download the "Adobe muse CC" file via the new "creative.adobe.com" interface. The file was correctly downloaded, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I search on the finder, on the launchpad, on the "Application" folder... And i can't find it anywhere.

I try to Disconnect from my cretive cloud account ; nothing. I try to put the Creative cloud application in the trash, then to start over ; nothing !

Please Help me !

I had the same problem, even though Muse CC 2014 was listed as downloaded. I threw away or uninstalled everything Muse (including the Beta version) and noticed that after a restart, CC 2014 was a suggested download (before, it had said I had already downloaded it). I downloaded it again, saw it in the Applications folder and it has now opened OK.

Mediilzemmour did you install Muse through the Creative Cloud application? If not then please do so. You are correct though once properly installed it should then be available in the Applications folder if you are using Mac OS.
