Impossible to install previous versions of my apps

Hi everyone, thx for help in advance…

Needed to install previous version of InDesign – 2021 rather than 2022. Found this page from Help & Support, so that seemed to be OK.

The problem is : in the menu I do have "learn more", do have "uninstall", but do NOT have any "other versions" option… so cannot install previous version… See below how it looks on my device (in french) :

Seb, the ability to install older Adobe applications is only provided to active Creative Cloud members.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? I do not see an active individual membership under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
