Impossible to recover password - code being sent with delay, already expired

I am being unable to recover/reset password because you keep sending delayed emails with code to be verified. By the time I receive the email, code is already expired. 

After couple tries, then you block account for repeated attempts.  You guys need to resolve this ASAP.

Request support!

 

PS.: It's not a problem in my email, as I've done multiple tests and emails are received instantaneously from different other companies.

Marcel, I am sorry you are unable to reset the password for your account. Are you trying to change the password for the account you are using to post to this public discussion forum? If the e-mails are being delayed, then I would recommend working with your e-mail provider to verify there is no delay; this is especially true if an organization manages your e-mail. As I mentioned in the post, my email provider is fine with no delay, receiving instantaneous emails from other companies.  The problem is with Adobe email service pushing codes with delay. Last email I received 30 minutes after I clicked on reset password.

Evidence how other companies, such as Google work just fine. Problem is with Adobe

I am still confused about how you are posting using an account that you do not have access to, Marcel, but we don't reset passwords from a post in a public discussion forum.
