Yes I'm sure it's not a cookie story.

Already a button is not a cookie and this page is really like that.

Thank you for telling me how to cancel my subscription and not try to make me believe that the problem necessarily comes from me.

Tell me please why it is not possible to cancel a monthly subscription on your platform and why the option does not appear voluntarily.

As there is an issue with your payement, you cannot cancel. You need first to solve that issue.

Alternatively, contact customer support as indicated.
