In "Apps" what does "Try" mean?

On the "Apps" panel in the "Creative Cloud" window, some of the Apps have a button called "Try" [as opposed to "Install" or "Update"].  What is this "Try"?  Does it mean it's a preview of a coming App, or does it mean that I will have to pay extra if I decide I want it?  I consulted the Help feature but it makes no mention of this!

    yes.

if you think you have already paid for those, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app.

if that fails, follow solution 2 here, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed

try allows a 30 day free trial of the full-featured software.  if you want to use the software after that time, you have to pay.

or you could uninstall the trial software.

So, what you're saying is, even though I'm paying for Creative Cloud, I still have to pay more if I want to use these "other" apps [the ones with the "Try" buttons]?
