In CC, uninstall and re-install problem

i installed after-effect. and i open after effect. but there are no activation button and when i click and start after effect , it was "render engine" version.

so i tried uninstalling after effect and re-installing. but In CC program, when i'd just UNISTALLED, there is yet after effect icon in installed apps.

then i went adobe website and clicked install burton, BUT CC doesn't act any install.

    if you have no cc program installed:

    1. run the cleaner (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html)

    2. restart your computer

    3. reinstall ae cc using your cc app

    if your cc app shows that ae is up-to-date despite being uninstalled, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html
