In Need of Advice!!! [Seeking recommendations for online printing services which can do specific sizes]

Hi everyone,

I need to know if anyone has any ideas for places to print my cards...

I know this isn't technically an Adobe question, but I've been searching for hours and I had such great help with my last question on adobe forums..

I'm making greeting cards in Photoshop sized 5.5 x 8.5 inches. I need a trustworthy online printing service with reasonable prices and one that will print a large variety of sizes especially 5.5 x 8.5.

I also need to able to have them print my logo on the back of the card, and a message on the inside.

I would prefer to be able to choose the paper type as well, and I would definitely prefer it if they didn't have bleed restrictions. My cards are originally homemade and weren't made with bleed restrictions in mind, so the designs don't work well with a quarter of an edge cut off.

I would really REALLY appreciate any opinions, advice or suggestions any of you might have. I've already looked at UPS, VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Snapfish, and a couple dozen other places and most of them don't print my desired sizes, or won't print on the back, or have outrageous prices.

Please, anything you might know about card printing would be helpful right now. I'm starting up a card designing business on Etsy, and it's my first time trying to find a place to print my work.

Thank you so much!

Here's a picture and layout of my card, so you can have an example of what I'm looking to print.

and a mockup I made to show what I'd like the resulting printing to look like.

I have been working with the same local print shop for about 20 years.   I have a good working relationship with the owner.  Whenever I have questions, I call him.  It goes without saying, the more units you print in 1 order, the less you pay per unit.  Rush orders cost more.  So plan accordingly.  Don't be shy about comparing prices with other shops in your area and asking for discounts when you can get them.

I do not have an advice on a printing service. Just this: Bleed is a production requirement to ensure borderless printing. If you can't produce the bleed, printers can print and cut to size but cannot guarantee an EXACT cut off.
