In need of some help please...

Question

I have just had to reboot my VAIO Laptop (Windows 😎 and of course it has removed everything in the process. I pay a monthly subscription for Photoshop CC and assumed that I would be able to just log into my Adobe account, download it again and re install but it keeps on failing towards the end of the installation.

These are the two error messages showing:

ERROR: Third party payload installer vcredist_x86.exe failed with exit code: -2147024546

ERROR: Failed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86)

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to re install my Photoshop that I pay a subscription for?

Download and install the correct versions of the MSVC 2012 runtimes directly from Microsoft after running the cleaner tool. Then try again.
